The Critical Point draws inspiration from the physics of nature, where systems excel in a balanced state laying between order and chaos
I photograph, mostly Barcelona, at the edge between order and chaos. In any system, order and chaos coexist—and at their boundary, patterns emerge. My photographs often use layers, light, and multiple planes to pin down that exact point.
At the transition—the critical point—long correlations appear: rhythms between distanced subjects , harmonic plays between shadow and light and stable relation between different colors. That is where I try to build my work. I use layers, occlusions, and rhythm to find ordered disorder: mostly dense yet readable scenes to describe the chaotic and harmonic city.
